Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tilzo, a mobile game published by Codenova Tech (“Codenova”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You do not own the Game, its levels, puzzles, audio, or art — you license them.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough under the laws of your country to enter into a binding agreement. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Game, in particular any in-app purchases.

3. In-app purchases and virtual coins

  • Coins, packs, and other in-game items are virtual goods licensed for use within the Game only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable outside the Game.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are governed by those storefronts’ respective policies.
  • All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.
  • We may change pricing, balance economy values, or retire items at any time as part of normal game tuning.

4. Advertising

The Game is free to play and partially funded by advertising. Some ads are rewarded (you watch, you earn coins); some are interstitial or native. You can remove certain ad placements through in-app purchases where available. Ads are requested as non-personalized by default, and on iOS you control tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and your device-level advertising settings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game beyond what applicable law expressly permits.
  • Cheat, exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage, modify game memory, or use bots, scrapers, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Game or any in-game items.
  • Use the Game in a way that infringes third-party rights or breaks applicable law.

6. Updates and availability

The Game updates over time. We may add, remove, or change features, levels, themes, balance, or content at any time. Some changes may require re-downloading or re-installing the Game. We may suspend or discontinue the Game in whole or in part with reasonable notice.

7. User content

The Game does not currently host user-generated content. If you contact support or submit feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that feedback to improve the Game.

8. Intellectual property

All Tilzo art, audio, code, branding, and level and puzzle designs are the property of Codenova Tech and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Disclaimers

The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codenova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or virtual items arising out of or related to the Game. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Termination ends your license to virtual items, which forfeit without refund.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Codenova Tech is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your local jurisdiction continue to apply.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms as the Game evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued play after changes are posted means you accept them.
