These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Chessmate: Puzzle Rush, a mobile game from Codenova Gaming Studio, the games label of Codenova Tech (“Codenova”, “we”, “us”). The Game is listed on Google Play under the developer name III Amigoes and on the App Store under Shyam Khokhariya. By downloading, installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You do not own the Game, its puzzles, audio or art; you license them.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough under the laws of your country to enter into a binding agreement. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Game, in particular any in-app purchases.

3. In-app purchases

• Anything you buy in the Game is licensed for use inside the Game only. It has no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred outside the Game.
• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are governed by those storefronts’ policies, and requests must be made to them.
• Non-consumable purchases are tied to the store account that bought them and can be restored through the same account.
• All sales are final unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• We may change pricing or retire items at any time.

4. Advertising

The Game is free to play and partly funded by advertising. You can control ad personalization through your device settings and any consent options shown in the Game. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

5. Progress and data

The Game has no account and no cloud save. Your progress lives on your device. Clearing the app’s data, uninstalling the Game, losing the device or switching platforms may lose your progress permanently, and we cannot restore it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Game beyond what applicable law expressly permits.
• Cheat, modify game memory or saved data, exploit bugs for advantage, or use bots or automation.
• Resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercialize the Game or any in-game items.
• Interfere with advertising delivery, in-app purchase verification or any other part of the Game’s normal operation.
• Use the Game in a way that infringes third-party rights or breaks applicable law.

7. Updates and availability

The Game changes over time. We may add, remove or change puzzles, modes or features at any time, and some changes require updating the app. We may suspend or discontinue the Game in whole or in part with reasonable notice.

8. Feedback

The Game does not host user-generated content. If you contact support or send us feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Game, without obligation to you.

9. Intellectual property

The Game’s art, audio, code, branding and puzzle presentation are the property of Codenova and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. Third-party components are used under their own licenses.

10. Disclaimers

The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codenova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, progress, goodwill or virtual items arising out of or related to the Game. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Codenova Tech is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your local jurisdiction continue to apply.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms as the Game evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued play after changes are posted means you accept them.
