Tile Cruise
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
Triple Match: Tile Cruise (“the Game”, “we”, “our”) is published by CodeNova Tech. The Game runs on your device — your levels, coins, boosters, chests, collection and settings are saved there, not on our servers. We collect only what we need to keep the Game stable, funded and improving. This policy explains what is collected, why, and what you can turn off.
1. Information we collect
There is no account. You never give us a name, email address, phone number or password to play. What the Game touches falls into these categories:
- On-device game data. Levels cleared, stars, coins, boosters, chests, ship skins and crew, daily streaks, quests, achievements and your settings are stored in the app’s own storage on your device. They are not uploaded to us.
- Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics). Pseudonymous usage events — which screens you open, which levels you start and finish, how a session goes and which features get used — together with an app-instance identifier, your app version, and general device and country information supplied by the platform.
- Crash and stability data (Firebase Crashlytics). If the Game crashes or hits an error we receive a stack trace, the device model, the OS version and the build of the Game, so we can fix it.
- Advertising (Google AdMob). Ads fund the free version. To serve and measure them, Google may process your device’s advertising identifier, IP address (from which an approximate location can be inferred) and technical information about the ad request. Whether ads are personalised depends on the consent choices in section 4.
- Purchases. Coin packs, bundles and Remove Ads are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We see only what their systems return — the product, a transaction identifier and whether it is valid. We never see your card number, billing address or store account details.
- Leaderboards (optional). If you choose to sign in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), that service handles the sign-in and shows your chosen player name next to your stars. We submit a score; we never receive your account credentials.
- Remote configuration (Firebase Remote Config). The Game fetches a small settings file so we can tune prices, rewards and ad pacing, and fix problems, without shipping an update. The request carries only standard app and device metadata.
2. What we do not collect
- No name, email address, phone number or account of any kind.
- No contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone recordings.
- No precise location. The Game itself never asks for location permission; ads may use a coarse location derived from your IP address.
- No push-notification token. Reminders (such as a streak about to end) are scheduled locally on your device — nothing is sent from a server, and nothing about them reaches us.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
3. How we use it
- To keep the Game running and to fix crashes.
- To understand which levels are too hard, which features get used and where players get stuck, so we can improve the Game.
- To process in-app purchases through Apple or Google, and to restore Remove Ads when you reinstall.
- To serve the ads that fund the free-to-play version, and to measure whether they worked.
- To answer you when you contact support.
We do not use your data to build a profile of you outside the Game, and we make no automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Consent and your choices
- Ad consent. Where the law requires it — including the EEA, the UK and Switzerland — the Game shows Google’s consent form before ads are requested, and you can choose whether ads are personalised.
- iOS app tracking. On iOS you are shown Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. Your advertising identifier (IDFA) is only used for tracking if you allow it, and you can change the answer in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Device ad settings. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time — iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Notifications. Reminders only appear if you grant notification permission. You can switch them off in the Game’s Settings screen or in your device settings.
- Fewer ads. Ads between levels do not start until level 6. The Remove Ads purchase switches the between-level ads off for good; rewarded videos stay available only if you choose to watch one.
- Erase your progress. Settings → Erase all progress deletes the save on your device.
5. Children
Triple Match: Tile Cruise is made for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Game, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Third-party services
The Game uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config (policy).
- Google AdMob — advertising and consent management (policy).
- Apple — App Store distribution, in-app purchases and Game Center (policy).
- Google Play — Android distribution, in-app purchases and Play Games (policy).
7. Data retention
Analytics and crash data are kept by our processors for their standard retention periods and then aggregated or deleted. Everything else lives on your device until you erase your progress, clear the app’s data or uninstall the Game — after which it cannot be recovered.
8. International transfers
Our processors, Google and Apple, operate globally, so the limited data described above may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards those companies publish, such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or India’s DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Because the Game has no account, the quickest way to remove everything tied to your device is to erase your progress and uninstall. For anything else, email us — tell us your platform and roughly when you installed the Game so we can find the pseudonymous records.
10. Security
We keep the data we handle deliberately small and rely on the encryption and transport security provided by iOS, Android and our processors. No system is perfectly secure; keeping your device up to date is the most useful thing you can do.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Game changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the most recent change.
